Queenie Von Curves at Dr. Sketchy's Today



Queenie Von Curves is a local burlesque performer who modeled for Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School today.
This was seriously the most fun I've had drawing since I don't know when.




Top, 11 x 8" sketch in pastel pencils and white soft pastel on paper; bottom, watercolor/mixed media sketch  8.5 x 11.5". These were 20 minute poses so there wasn't time to worry about perfection, and it was really freeing, and I'm sure the glass of Strongbow didn't hurt either.

If anyone wants one of these, I will sell them. Otherwise I will happily keep them as a record of a great afternoon. :-)
