My goodness, that is simply beautiful. I really like the use of blue and teal.

I love the structure in the sky! Did you use a sponge to achieve that effect?

Nope -- the speckles were actually latex masking fluid (aka frisket) that I splattered on with an old toothbrush. After the painting was all done, then I rub it off with a rubber-cement lifter.
