Tea is really good. I've been boiling a pot of water every time I get the urge to drink a soda. Sometimes I slip up, but ever since I started drinking more tea, I've felt so much better about everything! :D

I chain-drink tea when I'm at work. Like... 12 cups a day, easy.

So I try and pick the stuff with no caffeine, at the very least. XD
