This is watercolor on Arches cold press 140 lb. paper, titled "Submerged."

Nice. He looks fairly happy, for someone who is about to drown, and his eyes are fixed upwards on something unseen, giving it a spiritual feel - especially with the dark water merging into shadows and the bright white sky.
